Blooming Cosmetics opened in January 1989 at #111 Koreatown Plaza, L.A., CA as the first premier cosmetic boutique in the Korean community. Blooming’s mission from the beginning has been to cater to a niche clientele looking for the highest quality cosmetics and fragrances. Located in an exclusive indoor shopping center located in the heart of Koreatown, Koreatown Plaza, has over 80 boutiques, 490,000 square feet of retail space, with approximately 12,000 visitors daily. The Center draws Korean-American clients from all over Southern California, as well as Korean nationals who are visting the U.S.

Blooming은 1989년 7월 15일 928 S. Western 이는 코리아타운 플라자 내에 Sophie Kim이 오픈을 하였습니다.
